NOI Pictures was assigned to capture the elegant Pullman Mandalay Mingalar. The light in Burma is marvelous and perfect to put in light the interior design of the hotel as well the architecture of the building. First international upscale hotel in Mandalay for over 20 years nevertheless the design was inspired by traditional Burmese architectures.
