Francis Roux covered the ribbon cutting ceremony of Concordia International School as they opened their brand new Hanoi campus at Van Tri. A day of joyous celebrations and special guests, the students, faculty and staff welcomed US Ambassador Ted Osius to help dedicate the campus.
