At the occasion of French President François Hollande’s state visit in Vietnam, NOI Pictures was assigned to cover the stay of AFD General Director Mr Rémy Rioux in Vietnam. During three days he captured field trips (Water supply management in Bac Ninh, construction of the Metro in Hanoi) and meetings with Vietnamese officials (Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mayor of Hanoi) to document this unique event.
